Application Terms
Regarding the Collection of Personal Information
Yokogawa Rental & Lease Corporation (“the Company”) handles the personal information provided by job applicants (including information submitted through external job posting websites) as follows:

3.Purpose of Use
Personal information obtained from job applicants will be used solely for providing recruitment-related information, conducting selection processes, and carrying out necessary employment procedures.
Please note that documents submitted by applicants (such as résumés, transcripts, and other materials) will not be returned.
All materials will be properly managed and disposed of in accordance with Section 8 below.
4.Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company will not provide applicants’ personal information to any third parties without prior consent, except as required by laws or regulations.
5.Outsourcing the Handling of Personal Information
The Company does not outsource any part of the handling of applicants’ personal information to external parties.
6.Requests for Disclosure, Correction, or Deletion of Personal Information
Applicants may request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties (“Disclosure, etc.”) regarding their personal information.

7.Voluntary Provision of Personal Information
Providing personal information is voluntary.
However, if the required information is not provided, the applicant may not be eligible to participate in the selection process.
8.Security Control Measures
The Company takes appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or leakage of applicants’ personal information.
After the designated retention period, all physical documents are securely destroyed by shredding.
