Software Engineer

Yokogawa Rental & Lease’s core business operates the rental of IT equipment and measurement instruments. Our company offers a Device as a Service (DaaS) model, which ships rental devices directly to users and enables quick setup and same-day deployment through Windows Autopilot.
Our Software & Service division drives the development of Cotoka, our in-house platform that also supports non-PC device rental, which ships rental PCs directly to users and enables quick setup and same-day deployment through Windows Autopilots.
Built on a proprietary ID management system, Cotoka continues to evolve as a flexible and scalable foundation for delivering innovative digital services.
The division also develops software such as Flex Work Place, which supports secure and comfortable working environments for enterprises and research institutions.

• Participate in software development processes such as design, implementation, testing, and improvement as a member of the development team.
  Depending on your strengths and interests, you may also pursue a career path as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer or Customer Success Engineer.
• Gain broad experience across the end-to-end in-house development cycle, from requirement definition to release and maintenance.
• Build a solid technical foundation by understanding product and service development workflows and applying practical engineering skills (e.g., creating sample programs with Visual Studio).

As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and operate software solutions that support our DaaS business and digital workplace products.

• Develop systems that deliver PCs directly to users through the DaaS model
• Automate setup and same-day deployment using Windows Autopilot
• Maintain and enhance the Cotoka platform that supports DaaS operations

• Develop and extend Cotoka, our proprietary platform built with an in-house ID management system to enable flexible and efficient device and service management
• Promote standardization and automation to scale service delivery

• Develop features for Flex Work Place, a software solution enabling secure and seamless work for all users
• Collaborate with the team to enhance functionality and user experience
