STEP1 Document Screening

We’ll review your application materials to understand your background, studies, and acquired skills.
Screening focuses on your fit for the position and potential for growth.

Notification Timing You will be notified of the result by email within 10 business days after your application.

STEP2 First Interview

A manager from the department you may be assigned to will conduct the interview.
We’ll discuss your academic or professional background, technical aptitude, and motivation for joining us.

Format

Online interview or in-person upon agreement

*Applicants living in Japan or nearby Kanto areas may have an in-person interview upon request.

Language Interviews are conducted in English or Japanese, with translation tools available if needed.
Notification Timing You will be notified of the result by email within 1–2 weeks after the interview.

STEP3 Final Interview

The final interview will be conducted by executive management.
We’ll discuss your intention to join the company, as well as your future career goals and preferred work style.

STEP4 Offer

After the final interview, we’ll conduct a comprehensive evaluation based on your application documents and interview results.
The interview team will assess your skills, background, and overall fit before making a hiring decision.
Successful candidates will receive an offer letter via email, including details such as position, workplace, and start date.
Please review the contents and let us know your decision.

Notification Timing You will be notified of the result by email within approximately one week after the final interview.
After the Offer
  • We’re happy to answer any questions you may have before you accept the offer.
  • Once you accept, we’ll issue a written notice of employment conditions, including salary, grade, benefits, and insurance details.
  • We also provide pre-joining support to help you prepare with confidence.
